What we treat

Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in the recovery of a broad range musculo-skeletal problems and in managing/reducing the risk of potential re-occurrence.

  • Sports Injuries such as muscle strains and tendon sprains, injuries associated with muscle inbalance through over training certain muscle groups and shin splints
  • Post-operative Rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery for procedures such as knee ligament reconstruction, knee arthroscopy, total knee or hip replacement, sub-acromial decompression (shoulder), bunion correction, spinal surgery (hip and knee joint relacement exercise classes)
  • Work Related Injury including overuse injuries
  • Arthritic Conditions – advice on management and exercise regimes
